Good questions first

Frequently Asked Questions.

Everything you might want to know before handing two people your website—from timelines and pricing to platforms, revisions, launch day, and what happens after.

01

Projects & timelines

Most focused websites take four to eight weeks. Smaller Shopify or WordPress updates can move faster, while custom platforms may need more time. You receive a clear timeline before work begins.

Your goals, audience, existing brand materials, content status, and honest examples of what you like and dislike. We guide you through the rest.

You will approve the important decisions at clear checkpoints. We keep communication direct and useful without turning your week into endless meetings.

02

Services & platforms

We recommend the platform after understanding what the site needs to do, who will manage it, and how it may grow. The decision is based on fit—not our convenience.

Yes. We can redesign the experience, improve performance, restructure product or content pages, clean up the codebase, or rebuild only what is holding the site back.

Every build includes solid technical and on-page foundations. Deeper keyword strategy, content planning, and ongoing SEO can be scoped separately when needed.

03

Pricing & payments

Pricing depends on scope, platform, content, and complexity. After a short discovery conversation, you receive a clear fixed scope and investment before committing.

Projects are usually divided into milestone payments, beginning with a deposit to reserve the schedule. Every amount and due date is agreed upfront.

No surprise invoices. If you request something outside the agreed scope, we explain the additional cost and timeline before beginning that work.

04

Working together

Marea or Sara—the same people designing and building your project. There are no account managers or relay conversations.

Yes. We work remotely and organize communication and review points around practical overlapping hours.

You receive the files, access, and guidance needed to own the site confidently. Ongoing support can also be arranged when the project needs it.
